Global Business Recruiting only places subcontractors on a contract basis - no temporary work. The subcontractor owes a specific result, works under his own professional supervision and is liable for any defects. This is the legally clean solution - particularly important in the construction industry, where temporary labour is generally prohibited under § 1b AÜG. For AÜG-based solutions, we refer you to our partner company zeitarbeit-international.de.
